Led design for project44's supply chain visibility platform, helping enterprise clients track shipments and optimize logistics operations across global networks. The platform processes millions of data points to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance.

Led design for Spotify's account experience, working across multiple teams to create a cohesive user journey that spans music, podcasts, and premium services. The challenge was maintaining consistency while allowing for the unique needs of different product areas.

Led the design of Incident Response and Management (IRM), an initiative to improve Google's fragmented incident response process. I supported three engineering squads across different time zones, working to create a unified tool that replaced and combined the collection of previously used tools.

Juju enables developers to design and build cloud infrastructure faster than any other product on the market. It was originally developed as a command line interface (CLI) tool. JAAS (Juju as a service) is moving Juju to a GUI and being able to build and deploy without your own infrastructure.
